Director

Director of Geelong & Surf Coast Building Surveying P/L, Robert Peart (Senior) has 40 years’ experience in the building industry with the last 30 years in the Building Surveying profession. Rob has lectured at the Gordon Institute of TAFE for many years on a part time basis and regularly gives his time as a guest lecturer. He has also judged the HIA ‘Homes of the Year’ in the region for several years.

Jacob has worked with Building Permit Central 10 years. He is currently studying for a Bachelor of Building Surveying.

Building Inspector

Leighton has been in the building industry for many years, ten of which have been with Building Permit Central.

Administration

Denise worked at the Barrabool Shire for many years and has now has been a part of the team at Building Permit Central for 3 years. We are very lucky to have Denise, with her fantastic knowledge within the building industry.

Sue has been part of the team at Building Permit Central for 3 years now, Sue works in Administration and is a wonderful asset to the company.
